Tenant Improvements

We have produced and constructed over 2000 buildings in the Chicagoland area. There has been a recent demand to perform tenant improvements on these buildings to allow new tenants to occupy the existing spaces. These tenant improvements include modifying dock openings and locations, creating new openings, modifying existing feature entry areas, and other ancillary requests .We are fully staffed and capable to estimate and perform this work under the guidance of ATMI Precast engineering.
